Greys Green Golf Course
Still often called The Dog Golf Course, as it all started in Dog Field on Greys Green Farm.
Greys Green Farm covers about 400 acres and lies within the three parishes of Rotherfield Peppard, Rotherfield Greys and Harpsden, in an area designated as the Chilterns Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty
Greys Green Farm has been owned by Alexander Hood since 1983
The course was opened as a par 3 course in 1992 and over the intervening 17 years has grown into a 36-hole complex comprising 3 separate golf courses - see the History section for the full story
Alexander devised the courses to be "organic" in the sense that they were laid out using all the natural contours and features of the land, with absolutely no earth-moving involved.
